These features run on the device; other billing features work without AI. HEATING AND COMMERCIAL PROPERTY: SCOPE The gas assistant supports one shared central natural-gas system, including hot water, for full calendar years 2023–2027. Combine multiple gas invoices using documented partial consumption. Drafts and previews are free; applying your own heating-cost calculation requires Pro+. Mixed-use properties require comparable metering and a confirmed building classification. VAT-bearing commercial lettings require documented net costs and reviewed input-VAT treatment. The assistant does not support other fuels, multiple systems, separately billed user groups or building sections, or process gas. Fuel consumption is not simply allocated by days; reimbursements for tenants buying their own fuel are not calculated automatically.
