★★★★★ Just use audible and get books for 2/3s the price
★★★★★ Buying the “Flight of the Eisenstein” audiobook on black library is $31.99, buying it in Apple's Book app is $22.99, buying it with Audiobooks is $0.00 if you have the $15.99 membership (which then includes literally…
★★★★★ Don't support Games Workshop doing this. They need to bring back the old Black Library Website. You can't even export the books to another E-Reader, the downloads take too long, and the app is badly designed. Utter…

★★★★★ In short, without network I had no way to access my purchase.
★★★★★ -Resumes book 5-15 pages behind where you left off -No option to scroll vs flip -No dark mode -Forces login too often (vs Books, which only requires authentication when you make a purchase.)
★★★★★ You can't even export the books to another E-Reader, the downloads take too long, and the app is badly designed.

★★★★★ The scroll bar is also broken and always brings me back to the start of the book.
★★★★★ I have selected my language as English and set the sliders in the “show me products in these languages” sections to show me English and exclude French and German. Yet when I search for a book, the results I get are in…
★★★★★ Not to mention the app is buggy, I can't even sync my account to give this app a real shot with the books I've already purchased.

★★★★★ It also syncs your old purchases from the BL site.
★★★★★ How about syncing my progress between my phone and my iPad?
★★★★★ The app is barely okay, i noticed that if you tab out of it-it will lose whatever page you were on when you tab back in.

★★★★★ After some experience, my first impression that this app is terrible has been confirmed. It does not stay signed in and it frequently does not remember what page it's on. If I get a message or call and return to the…
★★★★★ When I tried logging the bug through the link in the app, it sent an email to Games workshop customer service who hopefully told me that this email was for their physical games and miniatures, not the app.
★★★★★ Don't support Games Workshop doing this.
3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ Well too bad cuz now it's all DRM locked to another unnecessary app nobody wants.
★★★★★ Limited options to personalize your reading experience.
★★★★★ For audiobooks being locked into an app is par for the course I guess, audible does the same thing.
3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ I should be able to read it offline without the need to log in.
★★★★★ -Resumes book 5-15 pages behind where you left off -No option to scroll vs flip -No dark mode -Forces login too often (vs Books, which only requires authentication when you make a purchase.)
★★★★★ I am unable to sync to my existing Black Library account to transfer my books.
2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ Couldn't even get the app to launch. I refuse to purchase DRM e-books anyway.
★★★★★ The app is responsive and hasn't crashed yet.
Nothing stands out.
Not enough good reviews in English to tell.

Latest reviews, Germany App Store.
Generally an ok app, tons of titles (of course), but some features are lacking. My biggest complaint is no highlighting or adding comments or bookmarks, something pretty much any other ereader has. ALSO had an issue where I wanted to access the stuff in my library that was “downloaded” during a flight but the app wasn’t functioning offline :(
This app, which is an e-reader, loses my place in the book. This is like a car with no steering wheel.
Couldn’t even get the app to launch. I refuse to purchase DRM e-books anyway.
What kind of an e reader forgets what page you are on when you close the app? Won’t spend another dime until the app is at least functional.
Just an odd “update” to an app considering the old app had a now playing feature for the audio books as well as separating books that were downloaded to your device or on the cloud. Don’t understand how you could put an app out that you know people are going to be listening to audio on and not have a now playing feature of some sort.
If I purchase a book. I should be able to read it offline without the need to log in. This is terrible. Black library should revert to be able to download an E-reader without my login. Why do I need to be constantly connected to the internet to read a book that I PURCHASED?!
