Great but needs improvement

I have Withings plus and it works great but lately it has been running in the background for 12+ hours when the app is completely closed. Then when I open the app it still has to load and takes a while so what’s the purpose of running in the background, draining my battery & still having to load

Not So Smart Scale

Every two to three weeks, the scale won’t assign either my weight or my wife’s weight. It calls it “Guest” on the scale and “Unassigned” in the app. There is about a 70 pound difference between us. We worked through this inconvenience early on thinking it would “learn” which defined user stepped on the scale. It’s still doing this after almost a year. I cannot recommend this product.

The developers clearly have some major issues. All I want is an option to remove the BMI reading because it is a horrible measure of health and fitness and does not account for muscle mass.
