★★★★★ I pay for the subscription.
★★★★★ Charging a hundred dollars for a scale you need to pay a hundred bucks a year to sync to Apple Health is pathetic.
★★★★★ An expensive scale promising detailed measurements should make those measurements easy to view and track.

★★★★★ Charging a hundred dollars for a scale you need to pay a hundred bucks a year to sync to Apple Health is pathetic.
★★★★★ This is ridiculous. I paid a ton for this scale, more than I should have. Once I downloaded the app, I was greeted with a bunch of buttons across the screen that would unlock analytics of my data, but charge me a…
★★★★★ You need to pay a $10 per-month subscription to get your blood pressure readings in the health app.

★★★★★ The only suggestion is to delete everything and I'll wait for an update to come out.
★★★★★ I've been using a scale for about 5 years and all data is gone after the recent app update.
★★★★★ It gets messier with every update.
7 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ Originally from the very beginning it was an easy setup and even easier to use Currently it seems to be very inaccurate and inconsistent which makes for a lack of peace of mind.
★★★★★ Withings, "YOU ARE GOING THE WRONG WAY!", comical movie quote from "Planes, Trains and Automobiles".
★★★★★ This app has always had an annoying apple health sync, but now even that poor implementation is getting locked behind a $99/year subscription fee. For what? So I can see my “readiness score”? They're creating two…

★★★★★ They're creating two classes of users, those “lucky” enough to have created their account before Oct.
★★★★★ If they retroactively do this to previous customers I will bin the product and wouldn't ever sign up as a new customer now.
★★★★★ If you haven't already created your account, you now must pay $99/year for Apple Health sync.
3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.
★★★★★ In my experience, the app fails at that basic job.
★★★★★ It is also glitchy, not intuitively designed, and lacks some pretty basic options around customizing the app or the watch.
★★★★★ $99 is excessive to sync data from a device I already bought

★★★★★ I'll update if customer support is able to restore.
★★★★★ All Your scales don't support WPA3 so my body analyzer and body cadio fell back to bluetooth only, then you broke body fat sync through bluetooth,I got only weighs synced normally, and now via the latest update, you…
★★★★★ Why even support Apple platforms if you're just going to gouge users for basic functionality?

I have this watch for five years, and I can’t get it to connect now to Apple Health, which means my steps aren’t getting accurately counted for weight watchers. I looked on the forms. It’s a known issue. The only suggestion is to delete everything and I’ll wait for an update to come out. Hopefully they’ll fix it. I pay for the subscription. I just want to be able to get my steps into the Weight Watcher app easily. I have to do it through Apple Health. Now I can’t connect to Apple Health.
This needs lots of work after 10 years of buying into Withings BP monitor MULTIPLE SCALES MULTIPLE MODELS THERMOMETERS /SLEEP MAT and always problems
Charging a hundred dollars for a scale you need to pay a hundred bucks a year to sync to Apple Health is pathetic. The app is fine, everything besides scale sync is stupid gimmicks. Their sleep and longevity stuff is a cash grab scam.
I’ve been using a scale for about 5 years and all data is gone after the recent app update. I’ll update if customer support is able to restore. Horrible if this can’t be undone. Warning don’t update!!
I just bought their latest scale model in body fit. 1 star — Plenty of distractions, no clear access to my data I bought this Withings scale for the extensive body measurements advertised on the website. My main expectation was simple: step on the scale, open the app, and clearly see my measurements. Instead, the app is cluttered with advertisements, unrelated content, and an intrusive AI assistant asking questions I have no interest in answering. Meanwhile, I cannot find a clear overview of the biomarkers that convinced me to buy the scale. I can see some weight and body composition information, but even viewing basic measurements such as weight and body fat percentage feels unnecessarily difficult. If the other advertised measurements are available, I have not been able to find them. The core problem is access to my own data. An expensive scale promising detailed measurements should make those measurements easy to view and track. In my experience, the app fails at that basic job.
