This is the worst company in Europe for sure. I bought a tichet for my uncle and he could not retrieve the booking from his accout to check in. And I could not check him in as i do not have his passport with me. The app just did not open his booking. Staff it is always like that and they can’t do anything. So they took 55eu just to pront out a paper. Greedy
Man kommt ganz leicht, nachdem man dreimal bei der Buchung auf irgendwelche Zusatzleistungen reingefallen ist und die nach mehrfach anmelden wegbekommen hat selbst beim online Checkin noch mal in die Situation, irgendwelche Reiseversicherung etc. rausnehmen zu müssen. Im nächsten Schritt muss man wieder von vorne anfangen und alle Daten wieder neu eingeben. Das müsste nach EU Recht verboten werden!
Absolutely ridiculous experience with Ryanair. Even though I had already checked in online, I was forced to install their app just to download my boarding pass. Why can’t they simply provide a PDF in the personal account section of their website, like any reasonable airline would? Forcing passengers to download an unnecessary app for something so basic is incredibly inconvenient and frustrating. Terrible user experience and a completely pointless restriction.
It’a very difficult to navigate this app. When I tried to verify my passport it didn’t work and I wanted to change the info. When I clicked onto change travel document, it sent me to the FAQ section and told me I had to download the app. I was clicking on the link from the app and it sent me to the website inside. When I tried to by train tickets, it kept on timing out, even though it was just seconds.

It is very annoying that you ask for baggage multiple Times and for the same type of baggage. I find it manipulative and a confusing way to create chaos for passengers and trick them into buying more luggage albeit accidentally !
