Problem with luggage selection

I’ve extra luggage bought but it is still showing to spect check in luggage before I can proceed. Confusing, especially when they are known to penalise for any and everything.

Bad website and mis-selling

I found your website confusing and not clear, especially about e-visa and regular visa. It should be made clear upfront that if you have a regular visa, you need to just scan your visa and register it on your platform. Secondly, there is significant mis-selling by prompting passengers to try and upgrade their seats for a fee, take extra luggage for a fee, or take a bus or a car. You are trying to mis-sell your basic services as cheap, whereas actually, for a standard service, it is as expensive as any other airline.

Pretty shoddy experience

It takes for ever to complete a checkin process with so much of pop ups & cross sell/upsell tactics. I don’t think I want to travel on this airline ever again.

Check in bags

As per international travel cabin baggage should be little bit more kg allowed and suppose 3 travellers are travelling so per person and pooling of weight should be more specific while booking as we faced lttlenbit inconvenience while selecting check in baggage options
