Sorry to say but I have now abandoned the app and am using the website. The content loads in a very jerky fashion when scrolling and AI tells me that the app is not well designed technically. I suspect it is because video and personalised ads are loading all the time. I have changed some settings on the phone but no difference. I have raised this with the Times but had no answer. I have a top end pixel phone with the latest android. They want you to use the app but need to sort this out.

Almost unscrollable. after lots of communication with them, the app is still really juddery. this is across multiple devices. not acceptable in this day and age. maybe 10 years ago, but not now. please don't ask me to email you to discuss.
