What users say

Latest reviews, Brazil Google Play.

★★★★★Oct 20, 2026

The inclusion of Google ads now makes articles borderline unreadable. Looks more and more like a free newspaper as time goes by

★★★★★Oct 20, 2026

Any service that allows you to sign up online but require long phonecalls to cancel can only get 1 star.

★★★★★Oct 18, 2026

Sorry to say but I have now abandoned the app and am using the website. The content loads in a very jerky fashion when scrolling and AI tells me that the app is not well designed technically. I suspect it is because video and personalised ads are loading all the time. I have changed some settings on the phone but no difference. I have raised this with the Times but had no answer. I have a top end pixel phone with the latest android. They want you to use the app but need to sort this out.

★★★★★Oct 18, 2026

goes sideways when scrolling down, slow uploading articles, and crashes frequently.

★★★★★Oct 17, 2026

Terribly juddery. Almost unscrollable. after lots of communication with them, the app is still really juddery. this is across multiple devices. not acceptable in this day and age. maybe 10 years ago, but not now. please don't ask me to email you to discuss. I've already done that. I have a flagship phone and a mid range tablet. running the latest version of android
