New version of app does not allow you to access your NVR videos. I'm editing my review to say that the latest update has now restored the use of the NVR videos. looking better.
The new version of the app is much better. No more full screen ads running for 30 seconds or more before I could get to the camera feeds!
the bloatware adds seem to be fixed but the new app versions are a dismal restriction to the old poor version. reviewing the motion on the cameras is now way more cumbersom and screen shots removed. it feels like they are trying to force the user onto the overpriced subscription. I would be happy to pay suscribe but the cost is crazy high per camera and not worth the value provided.
I am updating my review to now being even more disappointed. The app update notification appeared, I updated and the app is still the same and nothing changed. It has been more than 3 days since contacting cust. support per their recommendation and they have failed to even respond. i am getting still clips, but yet I cannot click to view. totally has messed up my system.
wver since the last update about a month ago, the playback isn't available. When I to to the playback and click the calender, all the days are unavailable showing there's no footage, but there is and events are made.
