the 'new look' app does not allow me access to live view or recorded. I have to plug a monitor into my control unit now. total fail!

frustrated, apparently they removed the different options to add a camera back to the app. My camera was deleted by accident out of the app but it is still online (blue), BUT now there's no way to get it back. Now I have to do the funky reset dance and add it as new again. That is ridiculous. Literally they updated and took this away in between when I was trying to get my camera back a day or two prior to the update.

UPDATED: Live Feed and Event Notifications are back, but its locked to SD (low res) and in a scrunched 4:3 aspect ratio instead of the camera's 16:9 ratio. Event clips cannot be deleted or downloaded. We no longer have the 2 way audio feature the camera is capable of. At least we are getting "some" of the basic functions back that you broke with your ver8 update. Would be nice to get the ONVIF/RTSP access back, but I understand your reasons.

Update 10/20: Ads are gone plus 1 star! NVR playback removed from app and not working. Please fix. 6/1 Horrible with the update. Ads Ads and more Ads that open to your browser when you click the X to close. Can't access camera quickly in emergency.

since the new update to the app, the four cameras that I have that had a microphone to speak no longer works. I spent a lot of money on these cameras. why would you do something like that? also I have to turn notifications off on all of them because I no longer can individually. What a nightmare!!!! I really liked these cameras prior to all the updates ( ads and now this) I have 10 of them and recommend zmodo to family and friends. I won't be doing that again anytime soon!

Customer since 2022. I would NEVER recommend after the 2026 update. 1)Now, there is a two finger zoom in. It doesn't zoom in much. Before it was a tap screen for a closer faster zoomed view. 2)No swiping to switch between cams anymore🤬WHY GET RID OF THAT! 3)NO customer support & AI support is canned comments. 4)The display screen is bright white & washes out the live feed. 5)The image that the cameras display now is worse than 480p. YOU CAN'T MAKE OUT FACES ANYMORE!! They were amazing BEFORE!
