Contact phone support... stated open at 6 hours M-F, no reps answer phone call. mandated to leave message. The product might work well.. I may need to change this, but cannot get this app to install. tried all recommended fixes to no avail. Support has been prompt and persistent and app installed fine on my tablet. I suspect a phone issue, but it is an up to date S20.

The app is not requesting microphone access in its permissions list (it's missing in the app's manifest). Therefore, making all legacy WINDmeter devices which are meant to connect via the audio jack absolutely unusable. This is because Android doesn't allow adding a permission to the app unless the app requests it (which you are not doing). It's not possible to connect the legacy WINDmeters (WFANO-01b) to this app due to this. Please fix asap.
