Very disappointing service from Urban Company, My AC was working perfectly before jet water cleaning on Oct 16. Immediately after the service, it stopped working due to PCB damage. The technician took both PCBs, and now the company is refusing to provide a proper resolution. Customer support promised action, but there are no updates and calls are unanswered. Extremely unprofessional service and poor customer support. Please resolve this issue immediately!
I’m frustrated by the recurring language barriers and inconsistent quality of work. Some helpers are excellent, but others are so slow and inefficient that I have to supervise them constantly, putting my own priorities aside. I’d love to retain the good ones, but the pricing is becoming ridiculous. ₹189 + GST per hour? Honestly, it feels like I’m hiring an IT professional on contract! With inconsistent service and such high rates, I no longer see the value and would rather uninstall the app

Urban company services are excellent.. be it plumbing works or water purifier service or AC services. They have professionals who can quickly offer a solution and best price for the issue. So far I have had a nice experience. Thank you Team for the exceptional service !
