It's no way I refresh the page at 10:00am the time the tickets was supposed to go on sale. Just to see a bunch of sold out tickets and resellers.... just how many Bots does this app have. I just want to buy a ticket for XLov v.i.p Masterpiece. instead the app keep on refreshing it to two tickets.... which waste even more time. Then when I have one ticket up it will not load for me to buy it. 💔
Edit: App is still useless. Logs me out after a few minutes and freezes my account so I can't purchase tickets. How is Ticketmaster the only option we have?? I can no longer log in to the app from my phone. I installed the Chrome browser as it suggests in the app and still gives me the same message. Garbage!!
just the ticket. I only use this to purchase and have for years. I'd rather use an established/trusted app and it works when I need it. people complain that it lags when tickets are in high demand - they all do that. people moan about fees added, they all do the same. the only issue is have is when I don't have signal, that's not the apps fault.

Connects me with my favorite artists. Easy to use & straight forward. with the tickets on my phone, its easy when the time comes. why would you go anywhere else. 🤔 TicketMaster is a household name, has been for years. do yourself a favor, spend an extra 20 bucks and get a good seat. you are getting an experience of a lifetime, and tickemaster is the middle man to make it happen.
