keep getting kicked out of pre-sales or general sales due to "bot activity" when I only have one account and tab open for the sale. I've missed out on multiple artists due to this issue. all the have to offer is troubleshooting which doesn't work. I hate this app and it's so glitchy and doesn't work most of the time
can't find tickets
entire ticket buying experience sucks the app sucks the company sucks it sucks that this the only way to buy tickets to big events

Horrible experience dealing with them. Signed up for a presale event and got placed in position 99,333 in the queue even though I was early, when the event only holds 14,000!!!
