Slow, laggy, battery7%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ app is laggy and unusable 2 sec behind click to change slides.
★★★★★ It's also VERY slow, and un-optimized for what it's trying to be.
★★★★★ Very slow responses even with great Wi-Fi connections, also the quick screen list is not fully in the app, all the quick screen should be available to the remote control.

★★★★★ Refuses to let me login or create an account.
★★★★★ I have made several attempts to contact support to address that the app will not allow me to logout of an old church account and login to my new account.
No customer support5%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I have made several attempts to contact support to address that the app will not allow me to logout of an old church account and login to my new account.
★★★★★ Would give it 4 or 5 stars if there was a smidgen of support but there too all I got was a "Go to the forum" answer.
WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • The app works well to control the service, but I would love to see an option for tiled slides as found on the desktop software, as even on a 10" tablet the slide tray is too small to read the lyrics on upcoming or… 3★, Apr 20, 2019
  • Even if the app labled the tiles with "V1" or "Bridge" would be great. 3★, Apr 20, 2019
  • Using on my 7" tablet as always and using the right font you can easily see the words on each slide on the preview slides (which you need as worship leaders tend to skip back and forward). 1★, Dec 22, 2018
  • There have been numerous times where I've been sitting during a worship service and thought I needed to run back to the sound booth to interrupt the person there just to add a slide I had forgotten about. 3★, Jan 5, 2018
  • I wish the Proclaim Remote used Bluetooth instead of WiFi. 2★, Aug 24, 2016
  • If it were a better "copy" of the IOS version, it would be great. 3★, Sep 1, 2015
  • The remote app is good when it works most of the time, there is still some noticeable lag but I feel like the app and program still needs more optimization. 3★, Aug 16, 2015
  • Love the app on our Mac but I want to be able to type on the fly with my controller here. 5★, May 17, 2015

WHAT THEY LOVE · SHARE OF GOOD REVIEWS
Easy to use10%

3 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ A tablet mode with tiled slides would make it ideal; as it is, its interesting to play with and fine for small/ simple meetings where you can get away with slow slide changes or the occasional error, but not up to use…
★★★★★ Wonderful app, very easy to use
★★★★★ The app could do well integrating a more user friendly interface.
Useful, it helps10%

3 of the 4 and 5 star reviews.

★★★★★ This app is a useful bonus to using Proclaim, but it isn't perfect.
★★★★★ and I have no idea if it's busy thinking, or if it's "live" -- would be helpful to have a more regular dialogue that explained what the app was doing at all times...

What's new in 5.2.15

Fixed a performance issue with on-screen annotations; also draws annotations smoothly. Fixed notes font size not being correct. The display settings gear icon now shows up even while you're following someone else's presentation. The current slide now centers properly in the timeline once loaded, fixing an issue where it could appear off-center. Added support for groupings and cues within the Order of Service.
