Proclaim Remote

Fixed a performance issue with on-screen annotations; also draws annotations smoothly. Fixed notes font size not being correct. The display settings gear icon now shows up even while you're following someone else's presentation. The current slide now centers properly in the timeline once loaded, fixing an issue where it could appear off-center. Added support for groupings and cues within the Order of Service.
