★★★★★ coin purchases are too expensive, I would have still enjoy the novel even if I watch ads for 30.seconds.
★★★★★ The ad option is a lie I wasted time watching 3 ads for nothing.
★★★★★ I would watch the ads to unlock chapters.

★★★★★ I emailed them a month ago via their support email to tell them to cancel and did not get a reply.
★★★★★ I originally wanted to like this app, but the stories are run on and if you purchase a subscription there is no way to "cancel" without emailing the support team.
★★★★★ Emails don't get returned, I've read though all the privacy notice user agreements and all the information they provide for contact is the same email.

★★★★★ Will disputing the charge with my credit card company as well.
★★★★★ Never give them your credit card info, I have been trying to cancel the weekly subscription I got to finish one story for weeks and it is impossible.
★★★★★ Not only is the app extremely expensive, the controllers want you to spend more time interacting with their app and social media to earn credits more then reading their over priced stories.

★★★★★ editing: you guys still haven't fix anything about my complain and it's getting worse please help me out in this man this is so messed up literally whenever I watch add to unblock episode they just glitched and go back…
★★★★★ first if you can get the tag to work ( mostly says network error every time) it is rare, then you watch the adds 2/2 then it tells you you have not seen enough adds.
★★★★★ Subscription does not work.

★★★★★ I tried freezing my card, deleting my profile, recreating the profile when those two didn't work, clicking the unsubscribe button in the app where it tells you to.
★★★★★ The ads kept freezing so I decided to pay for a few chapters and then all the chapters went to pay to unlock and can no longer be unlocked by watching ads!
★★★★★ ...stories are great but rewards suck 😐 bonus reward ads won't load...can't claim...after check in it's pay to read only...

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. This app made me use Google Wallet to pay for the subscription. When I went to cancel as the story became weird and repetitive it told me to look in my Google Subscriptions. This app was not there. I emailed them a month ago via their support email to tell them to cancel and did not get a reply. Now they charged me again and I emailed but I do not believe that I will receive a reply. I now have my bank involved as this app and their company is a total FRAUD.
Can't cancel subscription, I followed the instructions but the subscription does not show up in Google play to cancel. I just wanted to pause so I could take a break for a while but there is no way to.
cannot cancel membership, as there is "no subscription for this app" on my Google subscriptions. So DONE with this!
Seen slightly improvement with app as recently tried it again. However, it is still expensive to get through a book requiring far too many coins with little ways to earn even through ads etc, meaning purchases would need made frequently just to complete a book. The reward ads currently used would take an absolute age to get the amount of coins needed just for ONE chapter. Not worth it
impossible to cancel things on. zero customer service. edit.... I have looked for my subscription on the stripe platform, the PayPal platform, the Google subscriptions platform, and your app and I cannot find my subscription anywhere and yet you continue to charge me. I want to cancel it and you are making it impossible.
