This app should be illegal

I did not sign up for a subscription yet somehow I’m locked into not one but two subscriptions. It tells me to go to my apple subscriptions. No subscriptions exist. There is no way to cancel a subscription. I’ve email “customer service”. No response. If you can’t just cancel in the app it’s fraudulent app and needs to be removed immediately. I’ve seen a bunch of these reviews online saying that had to cancel their credit cards because there is no way to cancel a subscription. Avoid this app.

CANNOT CANCEL

UPDATE: I STILL cannot cancel- I’ve received a response telling me how to cancel via PayPal, but that’s not gonna work….. why? I DID NOT pay using PayPal!!! I used apple pay, but since it doesn’t show up on my Apple account, it’s doesn’t show the payments! And since it doesn’t show the payments I cannot reach out to Apple for help since they won’t see it in their end! I purchased a coin package and it will NOT let me cancel. I’ve sent an email to the one listed for help and have heard nothing. When clicking the text link to manage the subscription it takes me to my App Store subscription page, where this app IS NOT LISTED. Truly do NOT buy any auto renew on this app unless you want to be stuck paying for it or want to cancel whatever card you put it on, because that is my only option right now.
