★★★★★ Το app που μου προτείνετε στην απάντηση σας λέει ότι δεν είναι διαθέσιμο στη χώρα και έπρεπε να μπω με VPN από άλλο account για να μπορέσω να την κατεβάσω
★★★★★ I can't bypass the account creation screen..it gives me error -2...
★★★★★ Pairing the App to the robot is cumbersome Even worse is that the robot is paired with the phone and not with the user account in the App, so ONLY ONE PHONE can be configured to control your hoover.

★★★★★ You take my money for a premium product and then don't offer updates?
★★★★★ And it was a pretty expensive tool for its category but it's disappointing overall, so better avoid it
★★★★★ If you do not fix it immediately I am going to ask for money, the robot was not cheap and without the app is useless.

Latest reviews, Japan Google Play.
Update: two weeks from the original review the app started to work as intended and has been working well since. Original review from April'26: Newly bought x-plorer 575, but app can't communicate with the vacuum. After pairing the vacuum starts mapping the floor, but map can't be saved due to unkown error. After that you can't even start another mapping or anythin as the vacuum does not react to start command.
app connection often fails
robot is ok, but app needs improvement. notifications are not working, no way to schedule cleaning in quiet or turbo mode, and it does not let me know when its unable to reach charger
My robot got stuck in an infinite loop. It was continously backing up into the station. Didn't stop not even when I picked it up. The wheels got really hot from hours of doing this, until I noticed and forcefully shut it down. This constitutes A FIRE HAZARD!! You take my money for a premium product and then don't offer updates?
