★★★★★Oct 4, 2026

robot is ok, but app needs improvement. notifications are not working, no way to schedule cleaning in quiet or turbo mode, and it does not let me know when its unable to reach charger

★★★★★Sep 26, 2026

My robot got stuck in an infinite loop. It was continously backing up into the station. Didn't stop not even when I picked it up. The wheels got really hot from hours of doing this, until I noticed and forcefully shut it down. This constitutes A FIRE HAZARD!! You take my money for a premium product and then don't offer updates?

★★★★★Sep 22, 2026

why is it in french. i hate this app. every.time I switch mobile, it resets. useless

★★★★★Sep 20, 2026

works well

★★★★★Sep 15, 2026

The robot seems to have its own autonomous life without us planning for it. It starts and makes little noises when we don't want it to, and refuses to start and connect when we want it to.
