WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Price and subscription27%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I paid for the subscription to find that the scanner works, but only if you open whatnot inside of the card index app (you can't run inside whatnot).
★★★★★ It allowed me to scan one card then the scanner seems to then be behind the "premium" pay wall.

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ takes pictures of a black screen.
★★★★★ Never got to use it on WhatNot since it never switched to the app, it would just freeze.

★★★★★Oct 24, 2026

Super fast at scanning slabs at card shows. Makes checking prices and finding deals so much easier!

★★★★★Oct 22, 2026

App works perfectly for whatnot but continues to freeze.

★★★★★Oct 22, 2026

won't scan real time which the entire app was supposed to be designed for that. lags and so slow that I could look up and comp faster. this is a waste of space on the phone.

★★★★★Oct 13, 2026

It does scan real time which is nice. However after downloading a connecting I instantly had a Google security breach and had to change passwords and add extra layers of authentication. I think this app may be a cover for potential identity theft. The security breach was from a device I do not own. Don't let the developer gas light you into saying I'm a bot. Real person real security breach right after connecting to the app with my info.

★★★★★Oct 8, 2026

live whatnot feature didnt seem to work on my phone 🤷🏻‍♂️

★★★★★Oct 7, 2026

works perfectly on the pc but on the phone the screen stays black i got the newest phone i mean the whatnot scanner gives a black screen. Update: it works if i log in through the website but not the app
