(update) October 2026 - 0 stars. Placed an order, half the items were missing. No refund. Customer service sucks. 0 stars. Terrible experience with this app. Made an order which was 40% off in the app. On the bill, they charged me the full amount without asking, the order had wrong (more expensive) items and after chatting with customer service (maybe I drew the short stick with the operator), they gave me in app credits for one of the small wrong items, no refund whatsoever. Avoid this app.

Annoying gimmicks, I make an order either food or transport. I pay the charges, and anyone in my town who uses BOLT services has their orders booked to ELAINE STATIONERY. I make complaints for years, and get insulted by Malta Customer Care Then I complain to BOLT EU, Who passes the complaint back to non functional Malta Customer service no solution but gimmicks still repeated. My Custom has been transfered to OTHER Courier and Car services, No more Elaine Stationery gimmicks so far.

I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my experience using Bolt. My last two orders were rejected, yet the money was charged and remains on HOLD in my account! When I contacted customer support to resolve this issue, they unhelpfully told me that I have to wait up to 13 days just to get my own money back into my bank account. This is completely unacceptable! You block my funds for rejected orders and then expect me to wait nearly two weeks to fix your mistake?
