I love this app! It is loaded with all the necessary drills, as well as full-length classes that anyone could possibly need to start and grow their handstand practice! The app is very easy to use. It's like having a handstand magician in your pocket! No word of a lie, the Kyle Weiger app (and the man himself!) have taken me from ZERO ability to handstand in my early 40s (I couldn't even kick up!) to reaching the wall consistently and actually getting hang time IN JUST EIGHT WEEKS!! It takes some dedication of course, but the training Kyle provides is SO accessible that handstanders of any level of ability or experience will benefit. If you want to get your handstand going, GET THIS APP!!
