This app is such a crazy good deal when you factor in the live zoom classes that come with your subscription. The recorded content is clear and accessible, Kyle’s coaching is both effective and overwhelmingly positive, and the class and chat community is like having a super fun handstand family to share your goals and progress with. If you’re interested in hand balancing or just a fun new fitness goal I can’t recommend it enough.
I have been on this journey with Kyle for a few years and have started finding my float now that I do the app. Having the option to do a full practice or just work on skills on the other days works really well for me as a yoga teacher and fitness coach. This practice has increased my physical strength and my mobility so that I am now stronger at 60 than I have ever been. Kyle is a rockstar coach with just the perfect balance of push and support. Love this app Kyle!

I signed up to test coaching through Kyle’s classes. Bought 8 weeks courses. His approach is excellent from warm ups to strength training and getting to the ultimate goal handstand no walls. I been trying to get away from walls over 10 years, in a matter of a few weeks see a big difference getting on hand away from walls over for longer periods. Kyle came up with a brilliant approach. Patient and perseverance and Kyle’s coaching support I will be nailing handstands away from wall. So glad I found Kyle’s training course and live Saturday zoom classes. Thank god for Kyle’s teaching and coaching.
This app has so much material ! If u are serious about mastering the skill and art of handstands and moving to a professional level - this platform will provide all the necessary instruction .
