Sempre que preciso consultar uma informação, seja de contrato ou emissão de boleto, só aparece um popup com a mensagem de serviço indisponível. Horário da consulta dentro da janela de funcionamento do sistema (09h00 as 19h00). Sistema que só trabalha em horário comercial hahaha... Péssimo!!!!

Your FIES CAIXA is now also an app. View your contract details, access slips and participate in the 2022 Renegotiation. The New FIES was established by Law No. 13,530 of December 7, 2017, for granting funding to students of higher education courses, which are not free, and with a positive evaluation in the processes conducted by the Ministry of Education, funded by the Student Financing Fund. CAIXA operates in the New FIES as a sole agent, responsible for the roles of Operator, Financial Agent and Guarantor Fund Manager. The New FIES allows zero interest to those who need it most and a financing scale that varies according to the candidate's family income.
