I couldn't log into the app at first because the formatting of the password field causes auto corrections to occur on the Android OS keyboard. after eventually logging in I can't see my purchases, nor have I received a booking confirmation email for tickets I bought an hour ago. Another great example of what happens to the quality of service when markets have been monopolized by handful of large corporations (like Ticketek and Ticketmaster). Capitalism babyyyyy

Made me download an app to get tickets. Difficult to use.
cannot log in since app update. know I have right username and password but app doesn't work. I would give it a zero if I could
DO NOT use this app to purchase tickets when tickets are live, stil hasn't fixed the app's stability after 6 years and it won't matter how early you are to the sale as it won't allow you to progress. Use the website or better yet another ticket provider.
