This app was surely vibe coded by AI and the AI was programmed by a bunch of idiots. Mobile ticket sharing is fundamentally broken yet you are forced to use the app to do ANYTHING - if the product team were any good at their jobs then they'd be looking at the feedback and metrics and addressing it, rather than putting people in ticket jail and forcing them to stay there.

I couldn't log into the app at first because the formatting of the password field causes auto corrections to occur on the Android OS keyboard. after eventually logging in I can't see my purchases, nor have I received a booking confirmation email for tickets I bought an hour ago. Another great example of what happens to the quality of service when markets have been monopolized by handful of large corporations (like Ticketek and Ticketmaster). Capitalism babyyyyy
