hit the icon and goes to blank screen. how hard is it to get a simple app working. I have a 20 year old son who could fix this for probably half the amount of what your paying some company and he'd probably retire with that. come on either get in the game or get out. stop fluffing around. look at you average rating score. disappointing

Have not been able to log on for 4 days. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app 4 times. Tried calling for help but got someone in the Philippines and the connection kept dropping out.

Qantas CCard = Nab bank. I applied for Qantas CCard 4K, the response was 'Slander' cited about repayment defaults. I logged into credit company they use, no defaults, ever. I change my CCard for purposeful means now and then. I have a CCard already with Commonwealth bank, applied for a new one, RBA banking changes on 1st October. Approved in 5 minutes for same value. As so, I cashed out my Q points to Money Cards. Now will fly with whomever on 2nd year, rather the every year. No, Q points.
