Security is low. Nabtrade doesn't offer multiple 2FA alternatives besides insecure SMS. I'd love to see physical passports supported for authentication or at minimum authenticator apps. Fees are high but it's a solid trade platform I've used for years. I will be looking for more secure and cheaper alternatives. I hope nabtrade listens to feedback and improves their security posture. It feels like keeping my money under a mattress with mice in the house.
Impossible to sign up for an account, there is always an error message. If this is how you treat prospective customers, I can't imagine how you treat actual customers.
can't get trading alerts or change settings in phone,No history or current orders at all ???
Portfolio information never provides enough information to make decisions. It doesn't show how each investment is doing, columns only show daily changes but does not show your entry date (purchase date) and accumulated gain/loss in the individual item. I heard other banks investment apps are better equipped
It was perfect, but since the last update, it keeps on bringing up the message "Unable to retrieve your Holdings at this moment. Please try again or call 13 13 80." No amount of clearing the app's cache, nor restarting my phone or the app, is working.
