couldn't cancel subscription

account and preferences (and subscription mgmt.) ran into a digital wall - never opened the next pg. with cancellation option as was apparent that its functionality was supposed to include; haven't tried other task mgmt. apps yet - this was recommended (a sponsor of his??) by an ADHD coach; consider other platforms that allow you to option out of a premium subscription without having to entirely delete the acct. (and will still have to bird-dog my cc. to see if the charge shows up) :-(

Simple. Profound.

Having tried out many, many to do list apps and setups over the years (since about 2007), TickTick stands out to me for its simplicity, flexibility, and with the inclusion of habit tracking it’s truly profound it terms of how it can bring (or facilitate) clarity in my workflow. It has all the basic functionality you’d expect in a to-do list app, with some really nice features like the Eisenhower Matrix and Pomodoro timer also built in. It works for me!

One of the best todo list & calendar apps

I find tick tick to be one of the best todo list and calendar apps. It has all the needed tools to become productive. The most apprecative thing is that even fine details are taken care of and implemented nicely. I believe the developing team is themselves using ticktick for managing their projects so that they are aware of the main usability issues and are taken care of nicely.

Suspicious AI Intergration

I’m on a paid plan, with no warning, TickTick decided it was a good idea to implement AI without my knowledge or consent. I didn’t realize it until the pop-ups arrived. Checked the settings, found a setting to “Help Improve AI” already activated. I went through all my devices and turned it off. One month into using TickTick and they have completely broken trust with it’s customers. I paid for a to-do list calendar, and did not pay for a company to scrape my personal and business information so they can train their AI with my private data, especially without my consent. TickTick is now a POS company and forever cannot be trusted!
