Every song I want with top notch quality, it’s more affordable AND they pay artists more per stream! If you were thinking about switching to Qobuz but nervous it won’t be as good as Spotify - STOP it right now and just switch. Qobuz is better <3

Was my first choice in a music service divesting from Isn’treal’s apartheid as well as AI. Seemed very promising, good library content, and top notch audio quality. I could even download music for offline use when traveling or maybe just conserving data. This became my main way to use the service as I downgraded to a cheaper phone service limiting my data usage for better rates. Since then, I have noticed I have to download all my contents of the songs I chose to download once already, over again like once a month. I’ve been a premium paid member since I started and don’t understand why I have this issue. Their customer service is unreachable regarding this issue and seems like a waste of a subscription at this point to me. Also, the library doesn’t even seem to want to load more than 500 songs at once.. not even allowing me to add all songs to my download que.. Open to changing my rating if they reach out with a solution. This is the Only application with any issues on my phone. Edit; I have reached out to customer support via chat and email to no avail. From what I can tell of their response to my original email, they don’t even take the time to thoroughly read through their members’ complaint.. iPhone 13 Pro iOS 18.3.2
Used for 5 min and it’s already better than Spotify in every way
Switched to Qobuz from Spotify. I was done with Spotify’s growing mess of music+podcasts+video podcasts+audiobooks+merchandise promotions +event promotion+…. Qobuz is calm technology. It is about my music. It has made me discover so many great albums and artists that are new to me. It has brought me back to music in a very satisfying way. Thank you Qobuz.
