Can’t log in on app

My daughter’s school teacher invited me to this app so with the link I signed up and joined her page but then when I downloaded the app and tried to log in it is not letting me log in so I tried “forgot my password” it said I should receive an email but I did not get any emails after trying 20 times!! Poor app functionality

Sometimes Homeroom does not upload a photo from my iPhone photo library even though it was definitely selected to upload. It looks like it is uploading but then drops the ball. There is no alert that a particular photo fails to upload. The only way we find out is when a parent tells us. Then a parent feels bad their child is not there while the rest of the students are.
