Echo – AI Meeting Note Taker

A few small improvements this time, aimed at making Echo feel faster and more dependable for your everyday meetings and conversations. What's new: · Improved speed and stability across recording and summaries · Fixes for bugs you reported If Echo's made your meetings a little easier, we'd love a review. It means a lot to a small team like ours.

Echo records your meetings and writes the notes for you. It works for online calls and in person conversations, transcribes in 100+ languages, and hands you a summary with the key points and action items when the meeting ends. Downloaded 360,000+ times by professionals, students, and teams.* Most note takers only handle online meetings. They send a bot into the call, it sits in the attendee list, and someone always asks what it is. Echo records from your iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Watch instead. Nothing to invite, nothing to set up. DOES ECHO WORK FOR IN PERSON MEETINGS? That is what it was built for. Client meetings, 1:1s, interviews, lectures, site visits. Phone on the table, one tap, and you can stop writing and start listening. CAN ECHO RECORD ZOOM, TEAMS, AND GOOGLE MEET CALLS? Yes, and any other call too. Echo records from your iPhone the same way it records a conversation in the room, so the platform does not matter and there is nothing to connect. WHAT DO YOU GET WHEN THE MEETING ENDS? The full transcript, a summary of what was discussed, the key points, and the action items. Enough to write the follow up email without opening the recording again. And when you need one specific thing out of an old meeting, just ask. Echo AI searches the recording for you: what the client agreed to, when the deadline is, who owns what. FEATURES Summaries that give you the decisions and the next steps Key points, so you can jump to the part that mattered Ask Echo AI for answers about any recording Recording on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Watch, so you can start from whatever is closest Works with Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, and calls on any other platform Upload audio you already have and get it transcribed Transcription in 100+ languages Sharing by message, email, or anywhere else you work Folders and search across everything you have recorded Workspaces that keep your whole team on the same notes WHAT USERS SAY From App Store reviews in the US: "One touch and my 90min zoom meeting was summarized in seconds afterwards. This is a career changing tool for me." "If you're in a meeting, this is a must have tool. Never miss anything important!"
