I have spent hours trying to extract the Summary to something I can use whether it be MS Word, Google, or simply email. Nothing works. Why isn’t the Summary its own product within the app that can then be forwarded, etc. So incredibly disappointed in this. I wish I had not spent the $ for this app.
Without this amazing app I have no way to recall, in depth, long classes and lectures.
I’m having difficulty sharing or emailing them . It seems I can’t email the synopsis to my email. It would be great to have someone to help
My notes are gone! Don’t know how to recover. There is no one to assist with recovering my notes! Extremely frustrating!
Not sure what happened. It used to work and now it freezes all the time
