I really like this banking app. But I really miss one feature: the app should notify me when someone has transferred money to me.
You can change your daily limit and suddenly you can not and have to go to a branch to verify your identity again? That’s extremely customer unfriendly to let customer run into a open knife. Very unprofessional bank.
Works always and never had a ptoblem
How can a banking app be this bad? Sometimes the app is not working for a whole day. Constant crashes seem to be normal. Most times I have to scan the qr code twice because of „unable to proceed“ and the app crashes… Ahh and if I want to check my account the app crashes as well. Sometimes the app doesn’t even connect and I have to restart it. It’s ridiculous, but I’ll change the bank soon so I don’t have to deal with this anymore. Update: Still crap. Today June 30th mobile banking is down without any notice. And scanning QR codes is still causing app crashes sometimes. Are you guys even trying to fix anything? No wonder why Thai people say „if you want to save money choose Bangkok Bank“. The app just doesn’t work too often so you are not able to spend money. And then you guys say „ahh everything is working fine, not sure what you are talking about“. Maybe start using your own app. What a joke. Update 2 (July 5): Banking unavailable again. This is unbelievable. And you guys call yourself a bank? Some random kids games have better uptimes. Come on, you are doing serious business and dealing with my money. Worst bank in Thailand. Stay far away if you actually want to use your bank account. Update 3 (July 15, 2:45pm): Unable to transfer any money again. Error „AC26“. And no there’s no point in contacting your callcenter. Just use your own app and you’ll figure it out by yourself. All my friends having the same issues with your bank. That’s not a coincidence I guess. Update 4 (July 22): Today you guys showing a pop-up about updated terms and conditions which are effective July 9th. Are you serious? You gotta show this beforehand and not when it’s already in effect. Actually I should pass this to my lawyer… this bank becomes more and more a joke. Update 5 (September 4, 2:55am): Guess what… yep, transferring money doesn’t work again. „Please select an account to transfer to that is different to the account you transfer from.“, oh really? Of course it is different! Crap.
