A must have

I really like this app! It’s my only task management system and partial time tracking one too. It provides various ways to organize your task list and group various lists in folders. The unique feature of scheduling tasks per the completion date is a great one. The pomodoro feature for every task with the target setting functionality is handy too. I wish the time spent on subtasks just added up to the target set for the parent task. The calendar works well with integration. It has various themes to customize the app. In short, you are spoilt for choice!

Combines multiple tools all in one

Been using for a few years and I really enjoy the fact that it has a multitude of features and functionalities that allow it to act as the perfect execution layer of any Life Operating System. It holds one’s tasks that you can separate into different lists with tags/subtags for many separate projects. Plus, it connects to Claude so can push tasks into it effectively and can easily input deadlines and dates into calendar for when to do things. Plus, you can order and prioritize with flags/Eisenhower matrix at a glance on top of the focus sessions to track time as well as ability to track daily/weekly/etc habits. I know this seems like a company ad but legitimately once you get things rolling, is been very much helpful especially in difficult times when life’s been hectic hence why I feel compelled to actually write all this out 😅
