If Zalando wants to capture the dollars of an increasingly mobile and global consumer, English needs to be an optional second language for most countries (definitely those in the EU).
I just love Zalando because of how smooth it is to order from this app. I have been using it for 4 years now and I’ve not been disappointed 🤭
I’m on the Shine tier, which includes free shipping once a year, but that benefit was taken away. Support keeps telling me it isn’t included in my tier. I feel misled, and this has been an awful experience
