Doesn’t work

I paid for a subscription, but I still can’t open any books. Every time I try, the app tells me I need to subscribe. When I try subscribing again, it says “All set,” but the books are still locked. Same thing over and over again. This is my third attempt to contact customer support, and the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Extremely frustrating!

14 лет а все так же тупит и лагает

Приложению 14 лет и за это время для примиум пользователей не смогли починить оффлайн загрузку книг. Раз в гол соьираюсь послушать книгу жму скачать оффлай и далее лотерея загрузит он или нет, во первых грузит медленно и не понятен прогресс, во вторых во время загрузки приложение намертво может повиснуть. Перезапускаем снова заходим жмем загрузить и ждем чтобы оно снова не зависло. Просто нет слов, возьмите ИИ, да почините уже

Виснет постоянно. Никто ничего с этим всем не делает. Из 21 книги показывает первые 10 и дальше на повторе. Не видно всех оставленных.И еще деньги за это платишь, чтобы нервичать… отовратно
