★★★★★ Says it syncs when it doesn't.
★★★★★ Was hoping this would work to export and sync Apple Data to that account but I am unable to get any further due to app crashing instantly.
★★★★★ I deleted it and downloaded it again.
Price and subscription24%

17 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ You import all my data, then when I want you to do the one useful thing, it's a $15/yr subscription.
★★★★★ Can't renew subscription.
★★★★★ Which is crazy given that I'm paying you to give you my data in which will then be used to make more money from me.
Bugs, things not working21%

15 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Garmin integration repeatedly fails and has done so for over a month!
★★★★★ Always trying to import every 30s no matter what. When it imports a run from Apple, instead of giving it a generic title for the run, it uses a custom title from 8 months ago, for every run imported
★★★★★ Cause it sure doesn't work for me.

★★★★★ Says it syncs when it doesn't.
★★★★★ You may depend on this app and suddenly they remove a connection / account you were using and suddenly the app is useless.

★★★★★ Bought the app to connect with RunKeeper and have found myself constantly reaching out to customer service (only via email) to inform them of the issue.

  • I just wish there was a way to import and export vitals and sleep metrics. 4★, Dec 6, 2024

  • Please add exercise.com integration. 4★, Sep 10, 2024
  • Plus the developer actually listens to feature requests and communicates back. 5★, Mar 3, 2024
  • Two things I would love to see is 1) The ability to smooth out the data in the charts and 2) some more options with regard to statistics. 4★, Nov 29, 2023
  • I wish there were a better way to set up auto-naming of workouts and exports. 4★, Oct 3, 2023

Run

It makes claims you can transfer information ie blood pressure to your Garmin Connect but it doesn't and that's the reason I purchased it. So far it pops up with information I already have, appears worthless.
