WHAT THEY COMPLAIN ABOUT · SHARE OF BAD REVIEWS
Bugs, things not working18%

6 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Garmin integration repeatedly fails and has done so for over a month!
★★★★★ Always trying to import every 30s no matter what. When it imports a run from Apple, instead of giving it a generic title for the run, it uses a custom title from 8 months ago, for every run imported
★★★★★ Cause it sure doesn't work for me.
Price and subscription15%

5 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ You import all my data, then when I want you to do the one useful thing, it's a $15/yr subscription.
★★★★★ Can't renew subscription.
★★★★★ Which is crazy given that I'm paying you to give you my data in which will then be used to make more money from me.
Login and account problems9%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Submit a ticket requires login and I can't be fussed to help y'all take my money.
★★★★★ You may depend on this app and suddenly they remove a connection / account you were using and suddenly the app is useless.
★★★★★ Runkeeper login fails everytime
Limits, credits, locked features6%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ You have to PAY FIRST and THEN see if the app actually works.
★★★★★ You need to pay to export anything.
Lost data, sync, backup6%

2 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Says it syncs when it doesn't.
★★★★★ At 3 last weeks the Apple Watch Series 2 HR data is not syncing anymore.

WHAT THEY ASK FOR
  • now we just need amazfit/zepp to be added. 5★, Aug 31, 2026
  • I just wish there was a way to import and export vitals and sleep metrics. 4★, Dec 6, 2024
  • I'm not sure if it's technically feasible but it would be awesome to see a projection of grading on long climbs in addition to the current realtime grade similar to what Garmin or Wahoo head units provide. 5★, Sep 28, 2024
  • Please add exercise.com integration. 4★, Sep 10, 2024
  • Plus the developer actually listens to feature requests and communicates back. 5★, Mar 3, 2024

Run

It makes claims you can transfer information ie blood pressure to your Garmin Connect but it doesn't and that's the reason I purchased it. So far it pops up with information I already have, appears worthless.
