HOW SURE ARE WE
Small app: combines its grossing ranks with ratings growth (603 new ratings a month on average since launch). Tested on 418 apps with verified revenue: typically off by about 2.6 times, so the range is wide. Countries we don't track (and Google Play in China, which doesn't exist) aren't included, and neither are ads or web payments. Gross revenue before store fees.

★★★★★ No way to click out of advertisements.
★★★★★ Police scanner works good however the advertisements make me not want to use the app at all!
★★★★★ Oh wait, it plays ads just fine of course...1 star because zero stars is not an option.
Price and subscription14%

12 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Most of that id going away thanks to greedy people who want to make money through their lousy apps.
★★★★★ Spent hours on phone with Apple bc this company requires you to cancel subscription 24 hours before trial period ends.
★★★★★ I have this one at one time now they wanna charge me again
Worse after an update8%

7 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Many more are switching at their next radio cycle update.
★★★★★ I bought this app a few years ago to get rid of the advertisements , it was a very good app until recently there was an update and the app was removed from my phone and replaced with a different app.
★★★★★ After an update the app will not work unless you subscribe to the plus.
Wrong or poor results7%

6 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ Too many commercials render this app useless
★★★★★ Useful for a yank, useless for a limey.
★★★★★ I think it I fake because I went on USA and it was a woman ad a man talking so I went on to England and it was the same man and woman as in the USA same voice ad talking together as the same so don't buy this app it is…

Lost data, sync, backup5%

4 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ I wouldve paid but when the requirement to pay started it deleted all my data and recordings id had for years 🤬 no thanks.
★★★★★ Then it disappeared from iPhone and new version keeps stopping and showing ads that I paid upgrades ago not to have.
★★★★★ (We were youngish!) The police forces scrambled their frequencies one at a time so we could move area or put a bigger aerial up and change areas until they'd all gone and all we had left was parking up at East Midlands…
Missing features5%

★★★★★ No way to click out of advertisements.
★★★★★ Ads stop the radio and takes over the app with no way to get past them.

Crashes and freezes4%

3 of the 1 and 2 star reviews.

★★★★★ It won't open most times without having some kind of ad and it won't play until you pass them.
★★★★★ This was a great app for listening to various radio stations all over the world, but, after last OS upgrade, it keeps crashing - please fix 😄 Why is Apple allowing apps to have this power?
★★★★★ This is pretty bad, it loads only one radio station as far as I can see, no police stations and the ads can make the app crash.
