Die App per se ist mittlerweile nicht schlecht aber sie schickt mir seit 2-3 Wochen jeden Tag zwei Benachrichtigungen ich solle doch mal die Magenta App ausprobieren. Selbst wenn ich beide lese und lösche kommen sie jeden Tag wieder. Seit mehreren Wochen. Auch Neustart des Handys hilft nicht.
Very bad as all soft in Germany, loosing contract and balance information, nobody , even in the T-mobile shop can fix. Stupid and idiotic AI and chat support. Never fixing the issue! Most unprofessional provider in EU!
Das ist eine der schlechtesten Apps für Handy Anbieter. Die wichtigsten Funktionen - Guthaben und Daten Optionen kaufen sind völlig versteckt oder nicht invest App. Alles lädt unglaublich langsam - langsamer als die Webseite!
Very hard to use this app
The top up option on this app doesn’t work, tried several times, entered the details and it takes me to a blank screen. Also why are you advertising 14.95€ for the prepaid magenta L contract when there is no actual option to pay this exact amount? Either make it 15€ as that’s how much you need to top up or put an option to top up 14,95.
