App bloccata impossibile cancellare un biglietto

Provi su Google e Trenitalia non funziona, provi nell’app,sempre non funziona. Finché non passa mezzanotte e tu hai il tuo bel bigliettino che dovevi cancellare, con soldi buttati via, perché il sito viene perennemente bloccato. Succede anche quando voglio far è un biglietto. Trenitalia ha sempre più disservizio. Non riuscite a non far buttare via i soldi alla gente.

Impossibile prenotare

Non si può prenotare posto sul treno Intercity con l’abbonamento AV, si deve andare per forza in biglietteria. Per favore, aggiungete questa funzionalità. Per il resto l’app è carina e funziona bene

Indennizzo inaccessibile

Ho provato aggiornando l’app ma non c è niente da fare chiedendo l’indennizzo dalla schermata del biglietto apparirà la scritta “qualcosa è andato storto. Riprova più tardi”. Rimane utile per prendere biglietti ed avere aggiornamenti sui treni in ritardo quindi 2 stelle anziché 1. Dare 3 stelle implicherebbe la sufficienza, cosa che quest app non ottiene data la categorica mancanza di servizi base come appunto quello per richiedere l indennizzo legato al tuo viaggio (che per altro è spesso in ritardo)
