I received the device yesterday (10/22). I paid for the ungraded version total charge of $447. Installed the app, as the device will not work without it. The app will not give me access until I verify through my email, guess what not one verification email has been sent. I’ve tried it numerous times with the same result. Sent a message to the customer service & got a AI response saying it is frustrating that I can’t open the application?!?! After reading the most recent reviews, I am sending the unit back for a refund. I had great hopes for this, but looks like disappointed will be my final reaction!!
Not sure why this app only works properly when connected tot he Internet. I spent a week remotely and kept on getting messages stating that I needed to connect to save my sessions. Not everyone has an always available connection.
