I hate it

I find Substack, as a creator, maybe the most complex and frustrating product ever created. I think it sits along side paying taxes, dealing with customer service of a low budget airline, or maybe your favourite doctor. I really wish someone from the team would try the product as someone not trying to be the next big influencer which is obviously a futile game. Do better…much better…
