The sound is good, not noise canceling at all and the fit is horrible

Eventually the fit will become loose and you have to mold it again but after a week, it will be loose again. Customer service said I need to purchase more PLASTIC tips. I’m not going to keep buying more plastic tips. It’s wasteful and pointless for the user. I can just get headphones that don’t need to be “molded” and have a better surround sound quality. Once they’re loose, say good bye to them staying in your ears. The app is also not helpful. They loose connection. If one is dead, it won’t indicate any battery life until you leave it on for a full day. They die very fast. No full day charge. The app is only good for creating a perfect sound for your ears but no matter what, it won’t be loud enough to cancel out the sounds of the city.

Genuinely Useless

Unfortunately no matter the tech outreach, or resetting of mine, I cannot get both earbuds to connect consistently to my phone much less the app, even when fully charged. Now I cannot get the Bluetooth to pick it up at all - so I cannot use either of them, even after resetting them again. Literally used less than 20 times. Would not purchase again.

Installing the UE FITS app is the first step in setting up your Ultimate Ears FITS true wireless earbuds. The app assists in pairing to Bluetooth on your mobile device. Once connected, you will be guided through molding your eartips using UE FITS Lightform technology. Once molding is complete, you will have an incredible fit that is customized for your ears only. Custom eartips provide unparalleled long-term listening comfort, a transparent fit that won't fall out, and non-intrusive seal for incredible audio performance, but the UE FITS app offers more than a remarkable FIT that's unique to you. The UE FITS app enables several features in addition to setup: 1. Monitor battery life for case and earbuds on the app home screen (Up to 20 hours of total listening time) 2. Adjust EQ. Create your own custom presets or select from a range of provided EQ presets 2. Customize your UE FITS product name (Bluetooth ID) 3. Customize double tap controls to your liking independently on each earbud. Play/pause, access voice assistant, skip tracks, and adjust volume. 4. Access additional product usage information within the app menu. 5. Take a fit test and access support to assure you have achieved the optimal FIT.
