Ever since they had an update about a year ago it has been unusable. Cannot turn phone on it’s side to mirror on tv which I was able to do and support couldn’t understand how I was able to do it. Cannot detect all targets even with filter on.
I have such better accuracy after just a couple days of use.
When the app works, still has bugs and overheats the phone. App down for over a month with no fixes pushed out? That experience plus the bugs = 1 star behavior.
Taking what instructors have taught while applying the feedback from Mantis, the accuracy of my shots, speed between shots, and overall confidence has improved.
Basically title. Worked on my old 13 Pro but doesn't work on my new 18 Pro. Not sure if it's the hardware or iOS 27 but the app isn't compatible with at least one of them. When you start a drill the area of the screen that would normally show the camera is black and says "calibrating". It never calibrates. Hope it gets fixed soon
Update: Me again. My phone overheats like crazy. I can only get like two courses in before it gets really bad. Once improvement would be to reduce the time the camera is active. When displaying the instructions, no need to have the camera active. When a course is completed, again immediately turn off camera. Original: Great way to practice your shots, and fun for a group to practice. The app can use a lot of improvements. As a developer, I’d be happy to help out and take this app to the next level: Better courses, ability to select trainings/course by target, more games/challenges. My number 1 wishlist is ability to select trainings based off target. For the fun targets, the only way to practice them is to select a course and skip to the target we want, like “Control” and “Circles”. If interested in help, please reply with an email to reach out to, I’d love to help improve something I’d regularly use, and I’m willing to offer my services for a kit or the similar (great discount for a senior dev).
