Abofalle

Dubioses Vertriebsmodell über Klarmobil. Bin wirklich sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe ein Jahr lang 4,99€ für ein Abo bezahlt, ohne jemals was abgeschlossen zu haben. Die App selbst ist Müll und nicht diesen Preis wert.

Dubioser Vertrieb der App/Leistung

Diese Dienstleistung wird unter anderem von Klarmobil mit dubiosen Mitteln vertrieben. Mitarbeiter rufen augenscheinlich unter einem Vorwand an um dann einen Gratismonat für Relax Guru nicht anzubieten, sondern mit der Formulierung: Sie bekomme in den nächsten 24 Stunden eine SMS mit einem Link im den Raum zu stellen. „Heute geht es um den Gratismonat.“ Und dann „ich mach Ihnen das so fertig?“ verwendet um ein monatlich kostenpflichtig Abo zu platzieren. Aus meiner Sicht höchst unseriös und durchaus für die App relevant mit welchen Geschäftspraktiken man seine Produkte vertreibt und welche Geschäftspraktiken man unterstützt wenn man Relax Guru nutzt.
