I downloaded app that was supposed to be free for 7 days. The moment I opened the app they charged me, when it should have in 7 days. Now waiting for them to remove the charge, as immediately cancelled. Messed up, dishonest way to do business period. Don’t deserve one star.
If we don’t have the money we should still be able to see what affects there are
$43.69 incl tax; I used app one time and neglected to cancel during trial subscription period. I would happily pay for a prorated portion of the annual subscription, but that isn’t available. Unacceptable refund policy by this developer. Enjoy the money. It’s the last you will get from me!
You cannot just take a picture and identify a bug bite. They want you to pay them first and even when done the app is unusable and they try to sell you on more with pop ups and ads.
One problem I have is that sometimes when a bug is poisonous, the app says that it is venomous. For example, the monarch butterfly is labeled as venomous. Even though it is poisonous.
This app is ok…… Sometimes it is correct and sometimes it’s not. I took a picture of a June bug and it said it was Some other beetle, I searched it up and it is not the scientific name of a June bug
