Not enough theaters

I love the content I love your films, but the fact that sometimes is only one theater showing the films it’s really disappointing.

often frustrating in DC

yet again, the movie this week is only available to watch in *fairfax*—an hour and a half one way by public transportation. especially frustrating when there’s not actually a new movie every week (sometimes it’s the same film for three weeks or more), and somehow every single time i actually get to the theater the clerk has never heard of mubi go or how to process the ticket. it’s a great premise, but really underdelivers in DC.

Movies for MUBI GO haven't been available in Indianapolis for nearly 3 months

I enjoyed it at first, but then movies stopped becoming available. For the past 2 1/2 months I've been checking every week, and still nothing. I reached out to MUBI support. They try assisting at first, but couldn't resolve the issue, and did give me a free extension on my annual subscription. Then they literally told me that I might want to consider the basic subscription when it's time for me to renew!

Tickets not accepted

I’m currently at the Nitehawk cinema in Brooklyn for Die My Love. The theater does not have the movie programmed into their system for Mubi Go, therefore they are not letting people in with the app. What a waste of time.

Not sure yet, will update

I’m on the trial and the first week it just said the movie (The Mastermind) was no longer available. This week it popped up the day before with Frankenstein only at one grimy theater north of the city (Seattle). I’m reserving judgment and I’m glad that I did get to see Frankenstein with it but I’m hoping more cinema options in more central areas and I’d love even one more day of notice for what the film will be.
